Refund Policy

Exchange Policy:

We only exchange items in the case of defects or other damage to the product.
The customer should notify us within 24 hours of delivery at tawaduecollection@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +92 325 8634125.

Damages and issues :

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The claim must be made within 3 days counting from when it was delivered.

Eligibility for Refund / Exchange/ Return :

To be eligible for a refund /exchange/ return on a defective item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the recipient or proof of purchase.

Process of Exchange :

Once your exchange is approved, please send the exchanged items back to our Lahore address with your origin order ID mentioned clearly on the top of it . The items should reach us no later than 7 days after your request has been approved.

We will issue you a voucher for the scarves amount after inspection that you can use at any of your future purchases. For an exchange to take place the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Claims of exchange can be rejected if the items are found to be stained, worn and not in it's actual condition, in this case, the buyer will not be compensated and will be charged for shipping the items back.

For Hijabs :

3 Day no question asked Exchange Policy.

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if you are not 100% satisfied, no worries, you can return the product back to our Lahore address in exchange for a voucher.

We mean what we say! you just have to email us at tawaduecollection@gmail.com within a period of 3 days, counting from the day of receiving your order.

However you must understand we can't bear a loss either, so an exchange of products will be accepted if the products will return to us in saleable condition. Claims of exchange can be rejected if the items are found to be stained, worn and not in their actual condition, in this case, the buyer will not be compensated.

Exceptions / non-refundable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned like Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales items .

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase of the new items by using your issued voucher.

Refunds :

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know is the refund was approved or not if approved you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank and credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Parcel Refusals:

Strict action will be taken against all who don't pay delivery charges after the parcel is dispatched and you refuse it.

Note: Once you refuse a parcel on the doorstep, the delivery charge will be taken in advance, if you want to place another order.
